Pay: $18–$30+ per hour (training wage with ramp-up + bonuses)

What You’ll Be Doing (How You’ll Start)

This role begins at our  Westminster kiosk location , where you’ll build a strong foundation through hands-on training.

Your early responsibilities will include:

• Key copying
• Basic automotive keys
• Learning tools, systems, and workflows
• Direct hands-on training

As your skills, judgment, and reliability develop, you’ll earn more responsibility, including:

• More advanced automotive key work
• Field support
• Driving a  company vehicle

Clean driving record required — non-negotiable.

Your First 90 Days

Your first 90 days are focused on  skill-building and consistency , not being thrown in unprepared.

You’ll receive:

• Hands-on kiosk training
• Ride-alongs and direct mentorship
• Training on  basic and intermediate automotive keys
• Systems and process training — how we work, not guesswork
• Gradual responsibility increases based on performance
• Occasional after-hours or emergency work  available but not required
• No on-call schedule

Compensation & Growth

• $18–$30+ per hour , based on aptitude and growth
• Training wage with ramp-up as skills increase
