About the Job:
University Collision Center has provided superior automotive repair and maintenance to its customers throughout the Los Angeles area for over 33 years. The company is seeking a motivated Body Shop Manager / Estimator to join our team! The position is to be responsible for working closely with customers and staff members in order to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Customer service/sales.
• Phone calls.
• Web/email handling.
• Job estimating.
• Dispatching.
• Customer scheduling.
• Part handling.
• Cash/payment handling.
• Participation in staff meetings.
• Assisting in opening/closing procedures.
• Perform other administrative / cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude.
• Attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Multitasking.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Experience within the automotive industry (repair, collision, dealership) preferred.
