Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high organization
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data entry skills

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial record-keeping and data entry for a major client
  • Support account reconciliations and general ledger processes
  • Aid in payroll processing and support tax preparation activities
  • Contribute to special projects and manage administrative tasks across the firm
  • Provide backup support for other client accounts as needed
  • Help maintain smooth day-to-day firm operations and data accuracy
