This position will be working mostly on site with potential hybrid flexibility once established in the role.



Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Management:
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts, including ecommerce webstore transactions.
• Manage custom project accounts using estimates and purchase orders.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist with year-end work for the CPA and prepare for insurance audits.

• Payroll & Benefits Administration:
• Process payroll using Paychex.
• Prepare 401(k) reports and assist with 5500 tax document preparation.
• Tax & Compliance Reporting:
• Prepare and file sales tax reports.
• Prepare and file royalty reports.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Risk Management & Fraud Prevention:
• Demonstrate strong experience in recognizing and preventing scams.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with external CPA and insurance providers as needed.
