Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Job description:
Position Overview
We're looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to be the face and voice of one of the West Coast's leading cannabis brands in Washington State. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, traveling, and creating memorable experiences while helping customers learn about products they can trust.
You'll spend most of your time out in the field - hosting in-store demos, training budtenders, capturing content for social, and supporting retail partners to build strong relationships. If you have a passion for cannabis and want to be on the front lines of the industry, this is the job for you.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers at in-store demos and vendor events, creating fun, professional experiences that drive sales
- Train budtenders on product knowledge, helping store teams feel confident in promoting our products
- Support retail partners by checking menus, confirming placements, and submitting quick recap reports
- Capture content from events for internal and social media use (following all compliance rules)
- Manage event logistics including setup, merchandising, and demo kits
- Collaborate with sales leadership to share leads, event results, and retail feedback
Requirements
- Are 21+ with a valid WA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Have 1–2+ years in brand ambassadorship, field marketing, sales, or cannabis retail (preferred)
- Are comfortable with public speaking and creating positive customer experiences
- Can work evenings/weekends and travel regionally (mileage reimbursed)
- Are organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Benefits
- On the road, not at a desk – Your "office" changes daily as you travel to exciting retail locations across Washington
- Growth potential – Top performers can move into Jr. Sales roles with more responsibility and earning potential
- Dynamic, people-first work – You'll meet customers, store teams, and industry professionals every day
- Competitive pay – $25–$30/hr based on experience
How to Apply
If you love people, cannabis, and life on the road, we want to hear from you! Submit your resume and tell us why you're the perfect fit for this exciting opportunity.
