Job Description

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: **

• Deliveries are to a single destination or to multiple locations.
• Must be able to Strap down and unstrap the loads. Trailers are loaded and unloaded for you.
• Willingness and ability to drive in the 5 boroughs of New York City. Not all the Driving will be in Brooklyn and Queens.
• We will Train you on how to handle all facets of the job.
• Must be willing to go over the road when needed and handle backhauls.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip responsibilities in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and OEG Building Materials policies and procedures.
• Takes multiple routes per day depending on volume and client demands.

Experience Required:

• At least three plus years(Preferred) delivery/distribution experiencerequired driving a flatbed truck.
• Must have Verifiable Local and Over the road Class A Flatbed / Semi Tractor. Trailer Truck Driving Experience.

**Qualifications:**

• A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A.

Compensation- Depends on Experience.

Work Location- On the road.

Trucking freight handling- Secure freight by hand.

Type of Freight- Flatbed.

Trucking Route- Local, Tri state area and or over the road.

Truck Options- Manual Transmission.

Schedule- Monday to Friday.

You should be proficient in:

• DOT Medical Card
• Driver's License
• Current CDL License
