Job Summary

 

We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team within the masonry industry. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, including contractors, general contractors with some interaction with engineers, architects, developers, and municipalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of masonry products and applications, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

  • This position is remote, and this person needs to live in Houston, TX

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct product knowledge presentations and demonstrations
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Quotes, sales contracts, submittal packets, prepare reports and analyze customer’s sales data

 

Job Requirements

 

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in masonry, construction, or building materials industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, open orders, production, and projects simultaneous
  • Proficient in SalesForce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

 

Compensation

 

  • The base salary is $40,000-$50,000
  • Eligible for commission
  • Auto allowance and fuel card
