The Data Conversion Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing data conversion activities in support of a Tax System Modernization Program. This role ensures accurate, complete, and usable data is migrated from legacy systems into a modern COTS platform for each release. The Data Conversion Lead works with various stakeholders to define data mapping rules, oversee extract and transformation processes, and validate the quality of converted data.
