Custom Care Logistics, a Delivery Services Partner, specializes in logistics and we are looking for Delivery Drivers in Sacramento California.

This starts out as a part-time job if and until you work 30 or more hours per week for 4 weeks. After 30-45 days, your status and whether to be converted to full-time will be evaluated and determined based on hours and shifts worked, in addition to your safety/performance delivering last-mile packages. Compensation:

• Starts at $23.25 per hour up to an earning potential of $27.55 per hour based on Performance .
• Opportunity to advance into senior-level positions quickly and grow with the company.
• Benefits are available after 30 days of full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and the ability to get in/out of a van quickly throughout the day. Most packages are < 5 lbs.
• Drive safely and follow strict safety guidelines.
• Use a handheld device to follow routing, delivery information and communication with dispatch for support.
• Deliver an average of 270 packages per shift.
• Delivery vehicle, mobile device and fuel provided.
• Be able to work and walk at a fast pace.

Requirements:

• Complete a background check.
• Complete a motor vehicle record check as determined by Custom Care Logistics LLC to be eligible to serve as a driver. Good Driving Record (No more than 2 points on your record).
• Complete a 4-panel drug screening.
• Competitive drive and willingness to work hard.
• Desire to be part of a winning Team and culture.
• No CDL (commercial driver’s license) required.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years young with a valid CA driver’s license.
• Customer Service, Driving & Delivery Background Required.
• Must be a USA Citizen or have a valid and active working Visa.

Approximate Hours:

• Full shifts available.
• 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, 8-hour shifts per day, 5 days is considered full-time, flexible workweek, one weekend day required.
