High earning potential on 4 days/week!

Key Highlights:

• Location: Dayton Ohio
• Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
• Technology: Modern office with digital equipment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000
• Guaranteed Minimum: $800-1,100 per day (depending on experience) - for 90-days
• Production Bonus: 25% of adj collections (based on experience & specialty); including hygiene codes
• Additional Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice Insurance
• Relocation package: up to 5K
• Student Loan repayment: 10K / year (New Grads)

Candidate Requirements:

• Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding an Ohio dental license.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating children.
• Experience: All levels of experience are encouraged to apply! Mentorship and CE opportunities for early career doctors.
