Blackline Security Operations is a premier national executive protection firm providing discreet, high-threat, and mission-critical security for high-net-worth families, executives, public figures, faith-based institutions, and high-visibility events. Our teams are composed exclusively of former Special Operations Forces, elite law enforcement professionals, and seasoned protective agents with proven experience in dynamic, high-stakes environments.

We do not simply guard—we anticipate, deter, and neutralize threats before they materialize. Every assignment is powered by intelligence, preparation, and the highest standards of tactical excellence.

If excellence, integrity, and discipline define you, Blackline is where you belong.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Blackline Executive Protection Agents serve as the forward line of safety for high-profile clients and their families across the United States. This is a professional, discreet, security-driven role requiring exceptional judgment, physical readiness, and the ability to operate calmly under pressure.

As a contracted EP Agent, you will support full-time teams, supplement protective details, provide episodic protection for events and travel, and execute high-quality security operations with zero room for error.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate threats in real-time environments.
  • Maintain 360° situational awareness at all times.
  • Execute residential, travel, and event-based security with precision.

Operational Excellence

  • Conduct pre-mission planning, site surveys, route advances, and safety assessments.
  • Coordinate with intelligence, operations, and management teams.
  • Maintain operational readiness of assigned equipment, vehicles, and protective gear.
  • Provide written documentation and post-operation summaries as required.

Professional Conduct

  • Operate with complete discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Represent Blackline's standards of integrity, respect, and elite operational discipline.
  • Seamlessly integrate into existing EP details and work collaboratively with other agents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Military Special Operations, federal law enforcement, or elite police unit background strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of EP, protective security, or tactically relevant experience.
  • Valid concealed carry permit and demonstrated advanced firearms proficiency.
  • Exceptional physical fitness and ability to endure demanding operational tempos.
  • Strong verbal communication, client etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; advanced driving skills preferred.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Medically trained (EMT, TCCC, or equivalent).
  • Experience with high-profile principals, executives, or family protection.
  • Ability to deploy on short notice for travel or episodic assignments.
  • Multi-state licensure or the ability to obtain required security credentials.
  • Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM BLACKLINE

  • A high-level, mission-driven environment with elite peers.
  • Competitive compensation and opportunities for ongoing assignments.
  • Professional growth within a rapidly expanding national security organization.
  • Respect, trust, and leadership from a company founded by professionals who understand protection at the highest level.

At Blackline, you are not just a contractor—you are part of a protective network committed to excellence.

HOW TO APPLY

Submit your résumé detailing relevant tactical, military, or law enforcement experience. Include any certifications, state licenses, and availability. Qualified candidates will undergo a multi-step vetting process, including background verification and capability assessment.
