Responsibilities:
- We believe in having a work-life balance and freedom for you and your family! Own your own schedule and your own time!
- Leads sent directly to your phone
- There will be NO outbound marketing (i.e., no cold calling or door-to-door sales) and NO relying on referrals only
- We will train, mentor, and coach you the entire way. We provide one-on-one mentorship
- Meet with clients virtually (phone/Zoom) or in person to match them with affordable life insurance plans
- Use our lead system to manage outreach, presentations, and follow-ups
- Stay plugged into mentorship and training to sharpen your skills
- Take ownership of your own schedule, income, and career path
Qualifications:
- Licensed insurance agent, preferred
- Need a readiness to learn and be trained
- You must be willing to be coached
- Stay inspired! You can make as much money as you desire if you put in the effort
- Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor. (We have our own virtual call center via Zoom.)
- No felonies
- Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (if not already licensed)
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Trainable and committed to growth
