**Location:** Steam Plant - HQ **Department:** HR Benefits **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Status:** Full time **Shift:** Days (United States of America) **Job Summary:** As the Leave of Absence Administrator, you will ensure compliance with regulations, Health Care Reform/Affordable Care Act and Americans with Disabilities Act and Workers Compensation. You will serve as a liaison with the employee, manager and employee relations specialist. You are the subject matter expert and help answer questions and address escalated issues.
