We are looking for a Master Data Manage r
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Processing requests for data entry into ERP-system master-data directories, checking requests for errors, accurately entering new data into the company's ERP-system;
- Optimization (cleaning) of existing ERP-system master-data, solving the main problems of data management (duplicates, inconsistencies, incomplete data) and cooperation with relevant teams to implement changes;
- Development of data standardization methodology, validation rules and data quality control;
- Writing instructions for users;
- Conducting training for personnel on processes and procedures related to master data management;
- Ensuring interaction between departments to understand and fulfill database requirements;
- Participation in projects related to data migration to other ERP-systems and cooperation with relevant teams to implement changes;
- Participation in projects connected to integration of ERP-system with other systems in part of master-data and cooperation with relevant teams to implement changes
Requirements:
-Junior specialist / Bachelor / Specialist Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems or other business-related field;
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP ERP systems, in particular with modules related to master data (including knowledge of key master data objects, main transactions used to work with data, tools for cleaning and standardizing data);
- Experience in developing of methodological materials, conducting training;
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically working with tables (MS Excel/MS Access);
- Intermediate level of English;
- Ability to think analytically;
- Strong attention to detail;
- High communication skills.
