What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business within an assigned local territory (Longmont, Boulder, and surrounding communities)
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with hiring managers and decision makers
• Identify workforce needs and design tailored staffing solutions
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline through outbound calls, networking, social selling, and community involvement
• Collaborate closely with our internal recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
• Track and report on activity, goals, and results using CRM tools

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development (staffing or service-based industry experience preferred)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
