Synergy Fitness for Her has a nearly 10 year track record of providing the best training and physical therapy in the area. Currently, we're looking for a career oriented and experienced trainer who is ready to take on new clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
*Meet with new client for initial consultations to discuss their goals and exercise history and perform a movement assessment.
*Design appropriate exercise programs for clients according to their goals, abilities, and preferences.
*Have the ability to demonstrate proper exercise form and give effective cueing to improve clients' technique.
*Be on time and keep all appointments.
*Provide prompt, same-day communication with all clients and management.
*Be available to work a schedule that is in demand to our clientele (mornings and evenings).
DESIRED SKILLS
Certification by a nationally recognized agency required (certifying agency must be listed on resume)
Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field preferred but not required
2+ years experience in one-on-one personal training
Current CPR certification required
