Job Description

About Us

We’re a global team with a mission to enable professional research online. Headquartered in Irvine, California, IntelliSurvey has spent over two decades evolving our market research platform to help clients uncover insights that matter. With a strong presence in the U.S. and a talented team around the world, we specialize in complex research methodologies that others shy away from — continuously enhancing our technology to meet the needs of modern researchers.

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Project and Migration Manager to manage end-to-end survey projects while leading the successful migration of clients from competitor platforms. This hybrid role blends deep technical expertise, hands-on project execution, and consultative problem-solving. If you are a detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional with mastery in enterprise survey platforms and you’re excited to help clients transition seamlessly to a new survey ecosystem—we’d love to talk.

The salary range for this role is $75K to 95K plus bonus. Please note experience and location is a factor within this range.

What You'll Do
Migration Focus

  • Leverage mastery-level knowledge of a competing enterprise survey platform to quickly achieve expert proficiency in IntelliSurvey.
  • Identify opportunities to re-create, streamline, or improve competitor workflows within IntelliSurvey.
  • Build surveys that structure data to align with conventions familiar to migrated clients.
  • Develop reusable, exemplar IntelliSurvey content for plug-and-play use.
  • Partner with Product teams to highlight migration challenges and recommend ecosystem improvements.
  • Provide proactive guidance and support to clients adjusting to IntelliSurvey’s environment, anticipating potential migration-related issues before they arise.

Project Management Focus

  • Manage small and mid-sized survey projects from bid review through launch, fieldwork, and delivery.
  • Review and approve bids and project plans within PM scope and oversight limits.
  • Program surveys, coordinate internal QA resources, and conduct thorough testing and verification.
  • Oversee fielding activities, ensuring careful quota management and minimizing sample waste.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and changes clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and other internal stakeholders on large or complex projects.
  • Follow established coding, programming, and communication conventions while continually improving understanding of the “why” behind them.
  • Assist in testing new platform features, identifying bugs, and submitting detailed tickets.
  • Stay current on release notes and adopt updated standards and best practices.

What we are looking For

  • BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of enterprise survey programming experience (Decipher, Qualtrics, Confirmit, or similar).
  • Minimum 2–5 years in a client-facing role within research operations or technical services.
  • Strong proficiency in advanced computer operations, Microsoft Office, and complex spreadsheet manipulation.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex logic, technical configurations, and data structures.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere, aligning with PST hours.
  • 401(k) with Company Match: Save for the future with up to a 4% company match.
  • Flexible Hours: Maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling.
  • Career Growth: Learn from industry experts and advance within a supportive, collaborative team.
  • Inclusive Culture: We value diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
