Nation Security is seeking reliable, professional, and Bilingual (English/Spanish) Security Officers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors within a private school environment. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and property within the premises.
• Perform routine patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect facilities, access points, and equipment.
• Manage access control, respond quickly to alarms, and investigate any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Uphold company policies, document incidents, and handle trespassing or security violations in a professional manner.
• Provide support with traffic flow and access management as required.
• Complete thorough and accurate reports on daily activities and incidents.
• Oversee building systems and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs for security equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
• Strong computer literacy and accurate report-writing skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must possess a smartphone for communication and electronic reporting
