As demand for new recruiters grow on our platform, we're now vetting new recruiters, based in the US or Canada to work remotely on global projects, meeting the following criteria:

• Extensive recruitment experience, both in-house or in agency 
• Mastery of the main sourcing techniques, including boolean search 
• Excellent stakeholder management and client service spirit 
• Proven track record of success recruiting in the US 
• Proven track record of success hiring in a client-centric environment
