European Wax Center - Center Manager

Location: In-Person | Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: Achieve $53,000–$70,000 per year with a strong base rate and monthly bonuses for hitting team goals

What We Offer

What You Can Expect to Earn:

We're all about setting clear, achievable goals-and rewarding our team when they meet them. Here's what our compensation package looks like:

Base Pay:

• $24–$26 per hour based on experience
• Equivalent to $50,000–$54,000 annually

Bonus Potential:

• Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses
• Earn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on results

Total Annual Compensation:

• $56,000–$63,000 annually for candidates with 1–3 years of management experience
• $66,000–$72,000 annually for experienced leaders (3–5+ years) who consistently hit performance goals

• Ongoing training, mentorship, and career path to Senior Center Manager, District Manager, and beyond
• 30-60-90 day structured onboarding to set you up for success

• Experience: 1+ year in management (3–5 years preferred for top earnings)
• Leadership Style: Confident, encouraging, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Scheduling: Able to work one weekend shift (not both) and flexible weekday hours
• Mindset: Positive, proactive, and passionate about personal and team growth
• Commute: Reliable transportation and ability to respond to in-center needs as they arise
