  • $3,000 monthly base salary

  • Commission and performance incentives

Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead in-spa sales operations. This role focuses on upselling and cross-selling treatment packages and retail products to existing clients. All daily clients are provided. There is no lead generation responsibility . Success in this role is measured by individual sales performance, team results, and consistent achievement of daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upsell and cross-sell treatment packages and retail products to existing clients

  • Maximize revenue per client through service and product recommendations

  • Consistently meet individual daily sales quotas

  • Manage, coach, and support a sales team to ensure team sales targets are achieved

  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide real-time guidance to the team

  • Ensure accurate tracking of sales activity using the CRM system

  • Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to support smooth client flow

  • Maintain a professional, client-focused sales environment

  • Uphold company standards for service quality and sales performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or sales management

  • Strong upselling and closing skills

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team

  • Goal-oriented with a performance-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized with attention to detail

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools
