?? Now Hiring: Special Education IA - Needham School District Amergis Educational Staffing is excited to partner with the Needham Schools to hire Instructional Aides for the 2025-2026 school year! Position Overview + Location: Needham, MA + Start Date: ASAP + Schedule: Monday-Friday, schedule varies based on school + Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year + Pay Rate: Up to $28/hour - based on experience ?? Key Responsibilities + Provide direct 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) + Support academic and social-emotional development + Collect and document behavioral data using district-approved systems + Collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and support staff to ensure student success ? Ideal Candidate Profile + Experience working in ABA or behavioral support roles + Skilled in de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques + Familiarity with data collection tools and behavior tracking methods + Calm, patient, and adaptable in fast-paced environments + Willingness to support multiple classrooms and student needs ??
