Streamline Brands Swim School - HQ in Colorado

We are now hiring for our national customer service center located in Colorado. Streamline Brands specializes in teaching children water safety skills in an optimal environment with experienced instructors and an exceptional curriculum.
We are looking for part-time employees that are interested in being part of a dynamic, fast paced, fun environment. Even though our business is about swim lessons, this position is a service and sales center position, so no aquatics background needed. This is a remote position and requires working from home in a quiet space.
Responsibilities
· This is for a position in Colorado to support our call center in Parker, CO.
· Respond to all customer inquiries in a manner that supports our service mission, vision, and values.
· Answer all incoming calls in an engaged, professional, and accurate manner.
· Manage the administration of all our policies and procedures with our customers.
Maintain accuracy, security and integrity of all customer records including personal, financial and class information.
· Meet all performance expectations including service, sales, quality, and attendance standards.
· Work closely with management staff to develop and implement continuous process improvements that enhance service and team effectiveness.
· Perform job responsibilities in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner at all times.
Requirements:
Excellent service skills and care about customers
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Must have own computer/laptop
Internet with upload and download speeds over 20
Working knowledge of Microsoft office software applications
Strongly Preferred:
Call center experience
Sales experience a plus
Knowledge of swimming and/or swimming instruction
Required Education:
· High School Diploma
