What You'll Do

• Connect with families (using our exclusive lead programs) to help protect their futures through personalized life insurance solutions.
• Build long-term relationships by educating clients and delivering exceptional service – no high-pressure tactics, just integrity-first advice.
• Set your own schedule and work remotely or from our Mountain Brook office – perfect for work-life balance.
• Hit personal production goals and scale your income through commissions, renewals, and bonuses.
• Optional: Recruit and mentor others to build your own agency and create leveraged, residual income (many top earners do this).

What We're Looking For

• High-performers – If you've crushed it in any commission-based sales (real estate, auto, solar, roofing, financial services, etc.), we want you.
• Career changers – No insurance experience? No problem. We hire motivated individuals from all backgrounds who are coachable, hungry, and ready for change.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred but not required).
• Willing and able to obtain your Life & Health Insurance License (we provide fast-track support and cover half the costs for the right candidates).
• Reliable computer or pad and a professional mindset.

No prior license needed – We'll guide you through the process quickly so you can start earning.
