**Responsibilities**
* Run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
* Target the right audiences to generate leads and sales
* Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns for ROI
* Test creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
* Manage ad budgets efficiently
* Collaborate with the creative team on ad assets and landing pages
**Requirements**
* Proven experience running ads (Meta/Facebook & Google preferred)
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
* Ability to scale campaigns profitably
* Knowledge of retargeting, custom audiences, tracking, and analytics
* Can work independently and meet KPIs
* Bonus: experience with multiple ad platforms
