Job Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper who is a dedicated , great attitude, and is enthusiastic! The Bookkeeper should work well with others, be able to multitask, and take on assigned tasks.

Essential Duties:

• Handling bookkeeping tasks and accounts payable/accounts receivables.
• Payroll.
• Preparing financial reports, and statements and gathering backup documentation.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Special accounting projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
• Daily account updates & categorization of expenses for multiple entities.
• Daily scanning & filing of various documents.

Qualities To Have:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter. Able to work alone or in a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Hardworking and personable.
• Strong communication skills with a great personality.

Job Requirements:

• General bookkeeping experience is preferred.
• Marriott FSPMS knowledge is preferred.
• Excel, Google Drive, Microsoft, and general computer applications.
