18 Wheels Cargo is offering a premium CDL A career—100% No-Touch Freight —to both experienced drivers and recent (120h+) CDL school graduates. We invest in our team with a paid finishing program and a 401(k) match, all on dedicated and regional routes.
We are transparent from day one. After training, our drivers earn $1,485 - $2,080 per week ($0.55 - $0.65 CPM) running 2,700 - 3,200 miles.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Excellent Pay: Earn $0.55 - $0.65 CPM based on your experience.
Real Weekly Pay: With 2,700 - 3,200 miles per week, our solo drivers average $1,485 - $2,080 weekly.
Paid Training Program: If you are a recent CDL graduate (120h+ school), you will start in our 4-5 week paid training program earning a guaranteed $650 per week.
100% No-Touch Freight: All dryvan loads. No loading or unloading, ever.
Predictable Home Time: Get home every 12 days for 2 days off.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely operate a tractor-trailer (dryvan) on regional and dedicated routes.
Manage logs and records in compliance with all DOT regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained.
Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure on-time, no-touch deliveries.
(For new drivers) Successfully complete our 4-5 week paid finishing program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
For candidates with no experience: Must be a graduate of a certified CDL A school with 120+ hours of instruction.
For candidates with experience: 3+ months of verifiable OTR or Regional experience will qualify for the higher pay scale.
Must be able to pass all DOT-required background checks and drug screens.
