Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and service oriented  Resort Concierge  to join our team in beautiful Park City, Utah. In this role, you will be the go to resource for guests looking to enhance their stay by providing expert recommendations, arranging reservations, and ensuring each visitor experiences the best of what Park City has to offer.

As a Concierge, you will:

• Provides guests with information about the local area, attractions, restaurants.
• Assist guests with booking/scheduling attractions, restaurant reservations.
• Assists guests with booking transportation; airline boarding passes and travel information if necessary.
• Helps resolve minor guest complaints in order to provide the guest with the best experience.
• Build relationships with other businesses and departments to improve guest experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Impeccable communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and proven decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in a resort/hotel front desk or concierge environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Park City and the surrounding areas.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 25 pounds.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
