Raytheon is seeking candidates to fill the role of Executive Assistant supporting the Naval Air Missiles (NAM) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) reporting directly to the NAM, Vice President. The position will oversee and administer the day-to-day activities for the leadership of NAM SSBU, program staff and functional support staff. This position will require the ability to act independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and anticipate the needs of the program leaders including geographically dispersed leaders. In addition, this person must have the ability to exercise discretion to handle and protect sensitive and confidential information. The candidate must exhibit a high level of professionalism, master technology tools and resources, and use strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with the leadership team.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes with attention to detail with numerous time zones.
  • Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to include but not limited to meeting minutes, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports and other associated tasking by required deadlines.
  • Arrange for conference rooms, catering, audio/video and other essential services for meetings and conferences.
  • Provide customer support including program escorts for in-person meetings.
  • Program building and facilities support management; maintaining office inventory, anticipating needed supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Ability to plan and execute major events to include internal and external customers including security/badging coordination and escorting.
  • Initiating facilities requests and interfacing with the facilities organization.
  • Understand and comply with Raytheon policies and procedures and security in day-to-day activities.
  • Submit visit requests via approved Raytheon tools. Build and maintain good business relationships with managers and administrative personnel.
  • Travel to different Raytheon locations within Tucson as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience providing administrative support to large employee populations, groups, or leaders.
  • Prior experience with scheduling and coordinating meetings, event planning, travel arrangements and/or preparing reports.
  • Prior experience supporting Executive level leaders.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Tools, to include but not limited to: Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Proactive, flexible and demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working independently as well as working in a team environment.
  • Experience working with Zoom and SharePoint technologies.
  • Experience working with Raytheon tools, such as CAFM, ServiceNow, Concur, SAP/APEX, RTime, etc
  • Active and transferrable final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
