SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The paraprofessional will work as part of a team to support and supervise students in both academic and non-academic activities. The role involves assisting students with moderate to severe disabilities, including those with cognitive impairments and autism.

Minimum Requirements:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED

Certification:
* Paraprofessional Certification
* Substitute Teacher Certification

Experience: Experience working with children (formal or informal-e.g., babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, etc.)

Preferred or Additional Experience:
* Previous experience in a school setting
* Experience working with children with special needs
* First aid and CPR certification
* Training in crisis intervention or behavior management (e.g., CPI, PBIS)
