Key Responsibilities: As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your primary tasks will include:
HRIS Management:
1. Efficiently utilize ADP Workforce Now for employee data management, payroll processing, and reporting.
2. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HRIS systems while addressing any system-related inquiries or issues.
Data Entry:
1. Input and maintain precise employee records within HR systems.
2. Ensure data is current and error-free for payroll, benefits, and compliance purposes.
Payroll Assistance:
1. Support payroll preparation and processing tasks.
2. Verify timecards, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
Benefits Assistance:
1. Provide administrative support during open enrollment and benefits audits.
2. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Administrative Support:
1. Perform general administrative duties such as filing employee documentation, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and assisting with other HR-related functions.
