Landfill Operations & Collections Manager - NE West Virginia

A rapidly growing tire recycling company is seeking a Landfill Operations & Collections Manager to oversee its monofill site in Northeast West Virginia . This role is responsible for managing all aspects of landfill operations, including staff supervision, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial planning .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations .
Train and manage employees while optimizing labor and workflow.
Oversee equipment maintenance and implement preventative maintenance programs .
Drive cost control and continuous improvement initiatives .
Maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service delivery.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in landfill operations or supply chain management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in regulatory compliance .
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Compensation & Growth:

$75,000 - $95,000 base salary
15% bonus
