Now Hiring: RN/LPN-Compliance Specialist / Clinical Manager Assistant (Remote Position)
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist/Manager Assistant to support our Home Health Clinical Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This position is fully remote for the right RN/LPN, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to oversee daily home health operations.
Monitor documentation, clinical productivity, and quality metrics.
Track and review compliance reports, including visit exceptions, schedule deviations, and infection control reports.
Support QA and coding teams in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
Ensure protocols are followed, outcomes are documented, and standards of care are consistently met.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records in compliance with state and federal laws.
Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of hospice or home health experience is required.
Supervisory experience required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, providers, and internal teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities remotely.
