Job Description

The Hartford Golf Club is currently seeking to add a Part Time Personal Trainer to our Fitness Staff:

• The Hartford Golf Club is looking for a fitness-oriented individual who is interested in working with our members to increase their fitness levels, improving their sport fitness and to help them lose/ maintain weight.
• This individual will engage in discussions with members of the gym about their goals and introduce them to The Hartford Golf Club's fitness services. 
• The ideal candidate MUST have two or more years of experience and have a current NCAA accredited certification in Personal Training.
• The individual in this role must demonstrate an outgoing, driven personality, along with a willingness to talk to members periodically and to introduce their services and form meaningful relationships to grow their clientele.
• Part-time employees are eligible for the retirement plan, bonuses, and employee discounts.

The Hartford Golf Club is a private country club located in West Hartford. It is the premier club in the Hartford region offering a rich tradition of sports, fine dining, and family-focused activities. The 30,000 square foot Clubhouse sits on 256 acres of impeccably maintained grounds. The Club has an extensive selection of world-class facilities for all ages, including a 27 hole golf course, 9 Har Tru tennis courts, 4 international squash courts, 6 outdoor platform tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, 3 pools, 4 lane duckpin bowling alley, and a state of the art fitness facility.
