The Product Operations Team partners across Product, GTM, Operations and Engineering, by advancing operational excellence, through scalable processes, consistency, and learning, to promote a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and customer centricity. The Strategic Project Management function within Product Operations manages projects/programs that stretch across multiple products, functions, business lines, and clients or partners. We solve for complexity with strategic project planning and collaboration. Ideal candidates are friendly, humble, and adaptable with positive and can-do attitude.
Job Overview • Validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to metrics for project success and begins to suggest appropriate metrics; provides input to and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
• Identifies risks to program success and escalates to management as necessary
• Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of moderately complex projects under broad supervision; drives completion of the project
• Manages stakeholder relationships; develops and executes communication plan
• Manages change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training
• Evaluates project results against success metrics; recommends or implements changes to processes, resources and solutions that improve productivity and end product
• Consistently delivers established team reporting and guidance metrics
• Drive discovery and requirements gathering sessions with client facing teams or product teams to document key business needs and objectives
• Collaborate with appropriate teams to facilitate translation of requirements into solution design, ensuring client needs/expectations are met
• Define and document process maps specific to the project or program
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management
• Five (5) years of experience in software and/or product development
• Project management education and experience
• Analytical; ability to identify a problem and step back to look at the bigger picture
• Experienced; open to receiving coaching and mentoring; willingness to learn and step outside comfort zone
• Writer and speaker; communicate clear and concise messages with appropriate details; comfortable talking to clients and colleagues from peer to executive level
• Customer focused; prioritize client satisfaction and delivery
• Prior experience in product management, consulting, digital marketing or marketing operations preferred

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 - $217,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
