Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer/Performance Tester to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role requires expertise in performance testing tools and scripting, along with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results. The position is based remotely, with flexibility to collaborate efficiently with the team. Responsibilities: - Conduct performance testing using tools such as Neoload or LoadRunner to evaluate system efficiency. - Develop and execute detailed test scripts to identify potential performance bottlenecks. - Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified issues and optimize system performance. - Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations. - Ensure the quality of software by performing manual tests as needed. - Utilize Selenium for web browser automation to streamline testing processes. - Work with tools like Zendesk to manage and report testing issues. - Maintain high standards in quality assurance practices to meet project requirements. - Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying areas for improvement in testing workflows. - Adapt quickly to project demands and contribute to a responsive and reactive remote work environment. Requirements - Proven experience in performance testing, preferably with Neoload or LoadRunner. - Strong scripting skills for creating and executing performance test cases. - Proficiency in manual testing techniques and quality assurance methodologies. - Familiarity with Selenium for web browser automation. - Knowledge of Zendesk or similar tools for test issue management. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret test results and provide actionable insights. - Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a remote role. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
