As an invaluable caregiver in the Progressive Care Unit, you will utilize advanced clinical skills to care for patients transitioning from critical care or those requiring closer monitoring than a general surgical floor. You will apply your specialized training to manage complex post-operative recovery, including advanced assessment, telemetry monitoring, and the titration of specialized medications. Your commitment to understanding, respect, and communication will be central to the patient experience.

Shift Details: Variable Shifts
Hiring Incentive: Up to $18,000 hiring bonus available for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment.

Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program .
