We’re looking for a Senior Structural Project Engineer to join a growing, people-first engineering team just outside Philadelphia — someone who’s fired up about designing the spaces where communities learn, work, park, gather, and grow.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead structural design for commercial buildings, K–12 & higher-ed facilities, parking garages, and mixed-use projects
• Oversee project lifecycle from concept through construction
• Partner closely with architects, contractors, and clients who actually value engineering input
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape technical standards
• Deliver clean, efficient, code-solid structural designs that stand the test of time

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in structural engineering with building design experience
• PE license (or close to it)
• Strong chops in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures
• Experience with Revit/ETABS/RAM or similar tools a plus
• A mindset that blends technical precision with big-picture vision
