7am-4pm, 1 hour lunch break from 12pm-1pm, 6 day/48 hr work week
Daily Duties: Working at on-site shop to maintain and service dairy and farm equipment. Servicing fleet of semi trucks, tractors, trailers, pickups, and Kubotas. Primary work is done at shop with occasional work done on-field at farms. Major work is outsourced to dealers.
Repair (responding to flow of equipment breakdowns and fixing if possible)
Maintenance (preventative in checking fluids, tires, brakes and immediate in troubleshooting equipment issues)
Inventory (ordering parts from vendors and coordinating delivery logistics)
This position requires a motivated individual committed to quality workmanship and safety standards. Candidates should be prepared for hands-on work in a fast-paced environment that values technical expertise and reliability.
