Job Summary:
A people and business leader of two store locations including Performance Demos (Winter Ski/Board Rentals & Summer Bike Rentals) as well as our Showcase snowboard store at Crested Butte Demo Center. Responsible for maximum profitability and productivity. Implements and maintain company policies for stores within an area. Conducts recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and appraisals of store positions. Establishes store level expectations and guidelines.

The expected pay range is $56,485.00 - $72,211.30 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
