This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual and interactive experience of innovative e-commerce and SaaS platforms. You will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Shopify-based websites and enterprise applications, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to translate business goals into elegant digital experiences. The position emphasizes rapid iteration in an agile environment, applying design thinking, user feedback, and usability best practices. Ideal candidates have deep experience with Shopify, responsive design, and design systems, and are capable of independently delivering high-quality UI solutions while maintaining brand consistency. You will directly influence user engagement, conversion, and the overall success of products in a fast-growing technology company.

Accountabilities:

• Design clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for Shopify-based websites and enterprise applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs aligned with brand and usability standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Conduct UI improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and performance insights.
• Maintain consistency across components, screens, and design systems.
• Support rapid design iterations in an agile product development process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer with hands-on e-commerce interface design.
• Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including themes, layouts, and limitations.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Ability to work independently as a consultant while managing U.S.-based stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: basic HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with SaaS or AI-driven products, familiarity with accessibility standards.
