Job Description

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have a valid Social Security Number for legal payroll tax reporting. Fluent in English is mandatory for effective communication within the team and with management. Proven experience in a transfer warehouse or cross-border logistics fulfillment center. Valid forklift certification and demonstrable experience in operating warehouse machinery. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role. Must be able and willing to work a 6-day work week as required by business needs. High proficiency in using handheld PDA for inventory and order management. Bilingual in Chinese and English is requested. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. 1. Team Leadership & Management: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, assigning duties, and performance management to achieve operational goals. 2. Operations Management: Oversee the entire warehouse workflow, from the receiving of international shipments, inbound transfer, inventory put-away... 3. Inventory Control: Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and managing the transfer process between different warehouse locations. Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and PDA devices for real-time tracking. 4. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety guidelines and procedures. Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with all company and legal regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and forklift operation checks. 5.Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate a variety of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced. 6.Process Improvement: Continuously analyze operational processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and lower operational costs. 7.Quality Assurance: Uphold and monitor quality control standards for all orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
